3. Shipping and Delivery: 

We ship our products throughout India and international shipping options are available. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary from minimum of 4 business days to maximum of 15 business days depending on the shipping address and selected shipping method. KAISAR will not be responsible for delays or damages during shipping.

4. Returns and Refunds: 

We accept returns and exchanges within 5 days from the date of delivery. All products must be returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. KAISAR reserves the right to refuse returns if the product is damaged or shows signs of wear and tear. Refunds will be processed within 15 days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund. If an order has already shipped, it may not be cancelled, but it can be returned within 5 days for a refund or exchange. Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for cancellation or return.
